Make sure you check out "Photography for a compassionate world" which has beautiful pictures of living animals who deserve to enjoy their lives as much as we do. I found this little treasure of a video by Kate Mara who plays on the series"House of Cards," through this website. It's not very long, but would be wonderful to repost on facebook and get people started on Meatless Mondays as well as eating more meat free meals on other days of the week.
This blog, "Happy Cow" will help you determine what hidden animal ingredients you may be consuming. If I find any other blogs that are relevant and well done. I will share them in future posts.
Take a gander at the documentary "Meet Your Meat" on the Peta website to remind you that animals are not ours to abuse. Alec Baldwin narrates this documentary about "humanities cruelest invention--the factory farm.
